Since its founding, Kickstart Kids has fostered character-building karate programs that instill discipline, responsibility, kindness, respect, courage, dedication, honesty, and loyalty in more than 130,000 kids. The charity was developed by Gena and Chuck Norris to provide at-risk youth with the opportunity to take martial arts in lieu of PE and to create positive social support networks through after school activities and weekend tournaments.
